Lindos June 2007.

Lindos is a Greek village perched on the hillside in the shadow

of an ancient acropolis. the beaches are clean with plenty of tavernas close by.

On the day we visited the Acropolis had to be closed to visitors as the temperature

that day was 55C and people were passing out after the long steep climb from Lindos village.

Lindos itself  was very busy and the narrow alleys were packed..
